Move With the Light

March is here. Daylight Savings Time is approaching. The evenings are getting longer.

Spring is near. And Lent is refining us.

Lent reminds us that the light we are moving toward cost something. Jesus walked through His own messy middle — the cross — so that we would never have to walk through ours alone. Because of that, we don't move in our own strength. We move in His.

More light is coming. The question is — what will we do with it?

"God speaks the end, shapes the middle, and asks us to trust the process”.

We are in the shaping season. But shaping requires movement.

The Tension of the Messy Middle

God shows you the promise. He gives you the vision. He speaks the "end." But then comes the shaping. The middle is where:

  • Doubt tries to resurface.

  • Fear whispers louder.

  • Old limits knock on the door.

  • Past failures try to define you.

And this is where we must build beyond our feelings.

Because feelings fluctuate. But purpose doesn't.

Lent reminds us that pruning is not punishment — it is preparation. Yet as we press through and persevere, our faith grows stronger, our resilience is built up, and our trust in God becomes deeply rooted in who we are.

Here is a Fearlessly Female March Movement Challenge:

Choose ONE intentional evening movement:

  • Move your body for 30 minutes — walk, stretch, strengthen.

  • Plant something — in your garden or in a pot as a symbol of growth.

  • Create for one hour — sew, paint, journal, build, plan.

No pressure. No overwhelm. Just intentional growth.

Longer evenings are not for more scrolling. They are for more building.

We are not in survival mode anymore. We are in legacy-building mode.

More light. More movement. More growth.

"So this Lent, let go of what no longer serves your growth — the old labels, the fear, the doubt — and trust that the One who spoke the end is faithful enough to walk you through the middle."

What ONE movement will you commit to this season?
